(DOB 10/14/2025) If you're looking for a best friend who can keep up on adventures and win gold medals in cuddling, Layla is your girl! This athletic sweetheart is always ready for a game of fetch, a splash in the water, or a good run—but don't be fooled, she's equally talented at napping. Layla's love language is hugs, cuddles, belly rubs, tasty treats, peanut butter, and chewing on a favorite bone. She's a social butterfly who adores people and other dogs, and she'll happily offer you her paw in exchange for a snack (or just because she's polite!). Because she's an active girl with energy to burn, Layla is looking for a home with a securely fenced yard where she can safely run, play, and stretch those athletic legs. She knows her crate, but if she had a vote, she'd much rather be hanging out with her people! She's also working hard on her house training and does great when crate time is paired with regular potty breaks, lots of praise, and tasty rewards for getting it right. Like many pups, Layla has a few opinions. She'd rather skip leash time if given the choice, and baths and nail trims are definitely not on her list of favorite activities. But with a little patience (and maybe a spoonful of peanut butter) she'll forgive you in no time. As part of Layla’s $300 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
