Meet Maggie Maggie is a 3-year-old spayed Anatolian Shepherd mix who is up to date on her vaccinations and looking for a new home. She loves to run and would thrive in a home with a large, securely fenced yard. Maggie is shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly and becomes a loyal, affectionate companion. She’s great with kids, knows basic commands, and would benefit from continued leash training. Compatibility with other dogs will depend on the individual dog and proper introductions. ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise. MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
