Meet Teddy! Teddy is a 3-year-old Anatolian Shepherd looking for the perfect home where he can put his natural livestock guardian skills to work while also being part of a loving family. Teddy has experience with livestock and does a wonderful job with sheep, goats, and other farm animals. Like many Anatolian Shepherds, he takes his job seriously and does best with a property that has secure fencing. A 6-foot fence is ideal, while a 5-foot fence may be possible with more consistent supervision. Without proper fencing or guidance, Teddy may wander to expand his patrol area. Beyond being a hardworking guardian, Teddy is a truly sweet dog who thrives on companionship. He loves being with people, enjoys attention, and is especially happy when he can be part of daily life. He also loves water, making him an even more fun companion for a farm or property where he can enjoy all the sights, sounds, and experiences of country living. Teddy would be an excellent fit for a hobby farm, ranch, or property looking for a devoted livestock guardian who also wants to be loved as a member of the family. Teddy can be adopted on his own or with his brother Prince, a 2-year-old Anatolian Shepherd.
