Say hello to Trouble! Don't let the name fool you…well, actually, his name is a perfect fit! Trouble is a spunky fella who is all gas and no brakes when it comes to play time. If you're looking for a cat who makes you laugh, Trouble is the guy for you. When Trouble isn't busy bouncing from wall to wall, Trouble loves time spent snuggling with his pals, although he has been on the worried side when interacting with strangers at the shelter. Adopters should be ready to practice petting consent, meaning letting Trouble be the one to initiate interactions, and giving him regular breaks when petting him to ensure he's comfortable. Trouble lived with a dog in his previous home, but was sometimes noted to bully the dog--he may do best as the only pet to start, but could do ok with a well-matched dog or cat companion with complete separation to start and a slow intro. Once Trouble is feeling safe and secure, he'll give you kisses and lovingly gaze into your eyes for as long as you'll let him… and then it's back to play time!
