About

This sweet girl was found wandering the busy streets of downtown San Antonio searching for food and protecting her newborn kittens. Once her kittens were found and she was caught, she slowly warmed up to humans and loves attention and cuddles. Because she survived on the streets, she is timid around new people and to quick movements. She is also nervous and can be aggressive around dogs and does not enjoy being picked up. Marina requires a home that will be patient with her and will show her that humans are safe. She deserves a lot of time to be taught what a family is, and a quiet home will be best. Because she was a stray, it is very important that she is kept safe from getting loose on the streets again. She loves listening to birds, lying in the morning sun, and chin scratches. She is a sweetheart who will warm up to you and melt your heart as long as she is given grace and a calm, gentle personality. To inquire about adopting this cat please complete an adoption application at tinyurl.com/ccapadoptions Once you submit an adoption application, a foster will reach out within 48 hours to schedule a meet-and-greet or ask any additional questions.
