From foster parent: London is a snuggler! She is a perfect companion for someone who wants a very affectionate and appreciative pet. Being home a lot is a bonus! London greets everyone with kisses and then sits/lays down immediately to have her belly rubbed. After most belly rubs, she wiggles on her back with excitement and gratitude. She loves cozying up to people on the couch and finds comfort in having her person next to her, though she sleeps well by herself too! She is a low energy dog at this point. So long daytime naps in a comfortable and air-conditioned setting, with gentle snoring, are part of her new routine. We keep walks outside short due to the heat and her really short, but powerful, legs, which she uses to get up and down from furniture on which you allow her. She is house-broken and crate-trained. She easily goes in at night or when I have to leave the house for work/errands, enticed by a few morsels of dog food. Because she was a stray, she will scarf food down in seconds, then beg for more! But a new slow feeder (which will go with her) helps to slow down the intake and she happily wags her tail as she works to get every last morsel. London is soooo ready to find her forever home!
