Meet Shadow! Shadow is a 4 month old kitten with a gentle heart who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. Because he had limited socialization early in life, he is understandably shy and cautious around new people and unfamiliar environments. Shadow is looking for a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. He will need continued positive socialization, gentle handling, and plenty of opportunities to build confidence at his own pace. A calm, quiet home with a consistent routine will help him feel secure as he settles in.With kindness, patience, and understanding, Shadow has the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion. Watching a shy kitten gain confidence and learn to trust can be an incredibly rewarding experience. If you're willing to give Shadow the time and space he needs, you'll be helping him discover that people can be a source of comfort, love, and security.
