Hello Howard is a playful, curious, and affectionate girl with a sweet personality. She loves being around people and will happily follow you from room to room to see what you’re doing. When you come home, she’ll immediately be at the door to greet you with happy meows, ready to say hello…and maybe remind you it’s mealtime. One of her most adorable quirks is carrying her favorite little stuffed toy around the house while proudly meowing to announce her “catch.” Sometimes she’ll bring it to you, other times she’ll carefully hide it nearby for safekeeping, and she even likes playing fetch with it. It’s an endearing habit that’s guaranteed to make you smile. She enjoys being close to her people at all times. But rather than being a lap cat, she prefers to curl up right next to you on the couch or in bed, maybe place a paw on your leg, so she can keep you company while still having some of her own space. If you’re looking for a companion who wants to be part of whatever you’re doing without constantly demanding to be held, she’s the perfect balance of affectionate and independent. She’s playful, enjoys chasing toys, has a healthy appetite, drinks water well, and uses her litter box reliably. She has settled beautifully into foster care and has shown herself to be resilient, social, and adaptable. This cat would prefer to be adopted alone and be the only cat in the home.
