This shy young Labrador–Husky puppy was found running loose in the city of Lompoc, and he's now at the shelter hoping his family sees him here. He's a gentle boy who's still learning about the world — slow to come forward to people, unsure about walking on leash, and trying his best to understand what's happening around him.Even though he's nervous, he's clearly a sweet puppy who just wants to feel safe again. If you recognize him or think you might know where he belongs, please share his photo with your neighbors in Lompoc. Getting the word out could help reunite him with the people he misses.His stray hold will end in about a week, and if his family doesn't come forward, he will be available for adoption. This little guy would much rather be in a warm home than in the shelter, and he deserves to be back with people who will help him grow into a confident, happy dog.
