Holy Toledo-- a litter of NINE!!! Thankfully they were rescued at 5 weeks old because that was a lot of kittens for mama to feed. She did her best hunting for them and moving them to a contractor's yard where the employees noticed the little ones, started feeding, and called for help. They caught all 9 in one day and mama shortly after (she's been fixed and returned to her outdoor home). Since there were so many, we split them into three fabulous foster homes. And four have already been adopted by the fosters or friends. They were born around April 23, so about 9 weeks old now. They will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and receive second FVRCP vaccines on Monday 7/6. They have already been thoroughly treated for fleas and worms/parasites since they were rescued outside.
