Hi, I'm Amos, and if you're looking for a big orange cuddle buddy, I think we should meet. I'm a 5-year-old orange and white tabby with a heart that's every bit as big as my 16-pound frame. (Don't worry—there's just more of me to love!) I'm a sweet, gentle boy who loves attention, pets, and spending time with my people. I dream of lazy afternoons by the window, cozy evenings on the couch, and finally having a place where I can truly relax. I used to live with other cats, and at first everything was okay. But as my family grew from one cat to four, I started feeling overwhelmed. I let everyone know I wasn't happy and eventually I came to Fancy Cats. It wasn't because I wasn't loved—it was just that I needed a home that fit me better. These days, I know what would make me happiest: a calm home where I can be your one and only, or maybe with a very carefully chosen feline friend if we hit it off. I'd also be a great match for a family with older elementary school-aged kids or teenagers who understand that sometimes cats need a little space before they're ready to snuggle. Give me that understanding, and I'll reward you with plenty of affection, purrs, and loyal companionship. I'm neutered, up to date on my vaccines, microchipped, and negative for FIV and FeLV. All I need now is the one thing no rescue can give me—a forever family.
