Chandler is a 9 month old rottie also from Manhattan who was found as a stray. He is a bit fearful in new situations, but settles in once he's sure you're not the boogie-man. Chandler enjoys the company of other dogs and takes cues from them. His former life is a mystery, but it appears that nobody h as worked on manners with him yet. He's eager to learn and to please, so grab your training treats and come to meet Chandler. He is in EASTERN PA and has made friends with the female canine in his foster home.
