Adoption fee: $650 Meet Miso & Mochi: Tiny Puppies, Huge Personalities If you've ever dreamed of adding a pocket-sized best friend to your life, Miso and Mochi are here to make that dream come true. These adorable 9-11 week old Chihuahua puppies may be tiny enough to fit in your lap, but their personalities are absolutely larger than life. When first rescued from the shelter where they'd been dumped, Miso and Mochi were initially unsure about the world around them. New sights, sounds, and experiences felt a little overwhelming, and they needed plenty of comfort and reassurance as they settled into foster care. Fast forward a few weeks, and they've blossomed into happy, playful, confident puppies who approach each day with excitement and curiosity. Miso: The Professional Snuggler Miso's favorite place in the world is wherever his people happen to be. This sweet little boy is a champion cuddler who loves curling up beside you—or even better, directly on top of you—for naps. While he enjoys playing and exploring, Miso is happiest when he can check in for affection and companionship. If you sit down, don't be surprised if he immediately decides your lap is the perfect place for a snooze. Miso is also incredibly cute in motion. When he first arrived in foster care, he was still figuring out how his tiny body worked and would enthusiastically run up to the couch, jump straight into the air, and land right back on the floor. Even when a step was provided, he remained determined to do things his own way. Mochi: The Fearless Explorer Mochi is the adventurer of the pair and rarely misses an opportunity to investigate something new. Confident, curious, and endlessly entertaining, she's usually the first to try new things and the first to test the boundaries of what is and isn't possible. In fact, her foster family quickly learned that standard puppy fencing was merely a suggestion. Mochi discovered she could climb right over a two-foot enclosure, leading to some creative upgrades to her nighttime setup. She's also the more energetic of the two and is always ready for another game. If Miso decides it's nap time, Mochi simply recruits someone else—whether it's a resident dog or a nearby human—to continue the fun. One of her foster family's favorite stories involves her repeatedly trying to convince a much older resident dog to play. Even after receiving several stern warnings, Mochi remained convinced friendship was just one more play invitation away. Tiny Puppies, Big Adventures Both puppies spend their days doing what puppies do best: playing, exploring, eating, napping, and repeating the process all over again. They love following their foster family around the house, supervising daily activities, and investigating anything new that appears within reach. They're also big fans of backyard sunbathing. Give them a warm patch of sunshine and a human nearby, and they're perfectly content to stretch out and soak up the day. Both puppies are currently learning their potty manners and are already using potty pads successfully most of the time. Like all young puppies, they'll continue to need patience, consistency, and positive training as they grow. Social and Sweet Miso and Mochi currently live with two small resident dogs and absolutely love having canine companions around. They enjoy playing, following the older dogs through the house and yard, and learning from their furry role models. Because they're still very young, they naturally enjoy companionship and social interaction. They thrive when they have people and activities around them and are excited to become part of a family's daily life. Puppy Notes As expected for growing puppies, both Miso and Mochi are currently teething and enjoy chewing. They are curious little explorers who like to investigate the world with their mouths, so plenty of appropriate chew toys will help keep them occupied. They aren't big barkers, but they may alert to unfamiliar sights or sounds before deciding everything is perfectly fine. And one important note: never underestimate these tiny pups when food is involved. If there's a snack within reach, they'll find it. Why You'll Love Them Miso and Mochi have that magical combination of sweetness, confidence, intelligence, and puppy charm that makes people fall in love instantly. Whether it's Miso curling up for a cuddle, Mochi embarking on her next adventure, or both of them racing around the yard before collapsing together for a nap, they bring joy everywhere they go. These little pups are ready to trade their foster home for forever families who will continue helping them learn, grow, and experience all the wonderful things puppyhood has to offer. One look into those tiny faces, and you'll understand why everyone who meets them falls completely in love.
