Thunder was an owner surrender because of family problems and unable to care for. Initially, he was a family pet but most recently he was in a pen by himself with very little attention. He seems to be more fearful with men. He loves to be cuddled and is warming up to our attention. He might take a little time, but would respond well to love and attention. He has been indoors and outdoors. He does chase cats but is good with kids and other dogs.
