Meet Iris! Beautiful Iris was surrendered to a rural shelter with her two babies after being let down by the people who should have cared for her. Despite her difficult start, Iris has remained a sweet, gentle soul who is ready to find a family that will cherish her forever. At around one year old, Iris is a calm and affectionate young cat with excellent house manners. She gets along well with other cats and enjoys a peaceful lifestyle. One of her favorite activities is finding a cozy spot by the window where she can watch birds, squirrels, and other wildlife go about their day. Iris is a clean, well-behaved girl who asks for very little-just some love, patience, and a safe place to call home. She does have one special request: she absolutely loves her wet food and will happily remind you when it's mealtime! If you're looking for a sweet companion who will bring quiet comfort and gentle companionship to your home, Iris may be the perfect match. After raising her babies and overcoming a rough chapter in life, this lovely girl deserves a future filled with love, security, and plenty of delicious wet food.
