If you've ever wanted a tiny fox who doubles as a professional cuddle buddy, Juice Box is ready to make your dreams come true. This adorable 2 year old, 10-pound Pom-Chi turns heads everywhere he goes with his fluffy fox-like face, luxurious coat, and impossibly cute little pigtail tail. But as charming as he is on the outside, it's his sweet, loving personality that really steals hearts. A Gentle Little Shadow When Juice Box first arrived in foster care, he was understandably a bit cautious. He spent his first few hours quietly observing the world from near the front door and took a little time deciding who his people were. Fast forward to today, and he's blossomed into a devoted companion who wants nothing more than to be near his favorite humans. Juice Box is a champion snuggler. He loves curling up beside you on the couch, sitting in your lap, being carried around, and soaking up endless belly rubs. One of his cutest habits is gently closing his eyes when he's being petted, as if he's savoring every second of affection. He'll happily follow you from room to room, quietly supervising whatever you're doing before settling down nearby for a nap. Easygoing and Adaptable Juice Box starts his mornings between 7 and 8 a.m., followed by a short walk and breakfast. Since he's still recovering from a cough, his walks are currently kept brief, but he enjoys getting outside and exploring. During the day, he's perfectly content hanging out with the family, lounging on the couch, relaxing in his bed, or watching household activities from a comfortable spot nearby. While he loves companionship, he also handles alone time surprisingly well and waits quietly for his family to return when left home. At night, Juice Box willingly trots into his crate and sleeps peacefully through the night without a peep. Playful Without Being Overwhelming Juice Box has a wonderful low-to-medium energy level. He enjoys short play sessions in the yard, loves a good game of fetch, and happily chases after plush toys and balls. He's also mastered the art of relaxing and is just as content spending an afternoon cuddling on the couch. One of his funniest talents? He knows how to "beg" for treats by sitting up on his back legs, putting his paws together, and moving them up and down. It's ridiculously cute and nearly impossible to resist. Out and About Juice Box walks nicely on leash and enjoys neighborhood strolls. He's very social and gets excited when he sees people or other dogs he'd like to meet. He may pull a little toward potential new friends, but he's generally easy to redirect. Like many little dogs, he takes his neighborhood patrol duties seriously and likes to stop and investigate every interesting bush along the way. Squirrels and birds catch his attention, but he quickly moves on once they're out of sight. Home Life Juice Box is crate trained and mostly housetrained. He's been wonderful with the foster family's 11-year-old children and enjoys cuddling with them and their friends. He can be a little vocal when meeting new adults, especially men, but he warms up quickly and is soon soliciting pets and attention. His foster family has observed some resource guarding around high-value chew bones, including growling when someone tried to take one away. Because of this, a home with very young children may not be the best fit. Older children who understand dog boundaries would likely do great with him. The Perfect Home Juice Box would thrive in a home that appreciates the companionship of a devoted little dog. Whether you're looking for a couch buddy, a walking partner, or a lap warmer, he's happy to fill the role. Most of all, Juice Box wants someone to love. He's sweet, affectionate, easy to live with, and has a quiet presence that makes him feel like he's always been part of the family. If you're searching for a tiny fox-faced best friend who will shower you with affection and melt into your lap at every opportunity, Juice Box may be the perfect match.
