Whether he is exploring in the park or playing in the yard, Bowser approaches life with a cheerful attitude that is absolutely contagious. One of his favorite activities is joyfully jogging along the fence with other dogs on the opposite side, tail wagging and smile shining the whole time. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
