Meet Dorothy Just like her namesake, Dorothy is the steady, dependable heart of the group. Often acting as the "mother hen" of her litter, Dorothy is a thoughtful and gentle kitten who always seems to know what's going on around her. She has a calm, intelligent nature and carries herself with a quiet confidence that makes her impossible not to love. Dorothy is incredibly sweet and enjoys spending time with people. While some kittens are constantly bouncing off the walls, Dorothy is more likely to be found happily observing the action before joining in. She loves attention, enjoys being around her humans, and has a wonderful affectionate personality. This smart little girl is litter box trained and highly treat motivated, making her eager to learn and easy to reward. Whether she's patiently waiting for a snack or soaking up affection from her favorite people, Dorothy's gentle charm shines through in everything she does. Dorothy is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, litter box trained, and has tested negative for both FIV and FeLV. If you're looking for a sweet, intelligent companion with a loving heart and a calm personality, Dorothy may be the perfect addition to your family. ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise. MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
