Sarafina is a beautiful one-year-old mama who has done an amazing job raising her kittens and is now ready to be someone's baby instead. Though she's still very young herself, she has been a devoted and loving mother. With her kittens growing up, it's finally her turn to be spoiled and cherished. Once Sarafina gets to know you, her personality really shines. She's quite the conversationalist and will happily "talk" to you about her day, let you know when she'd like attention, or simply chat for the fun of it. She loves looking out windows and especially enjoys watching birds and chipmunks from the safety of a screened door. Sarafina enjoys pets and affection but is also independent enough to entertain herself. She'll tolerate being picked up briefly to make her humans happy, but she'd much rather stay close by and explore at her own pace. She is an elegant black kitty with a small patch of white on her chest that makes her extra special. She loves people, does well with dogs, and is respectful of their space and boundaries. After spending her first year caring for others, Sarafina is ready for a forever family where she can relax, be loved, and enjoy life with no more babies to raise.
