Meet Alberta! Meet our beautiful brown tiger girl, Alberta! At just 2 years old, she's the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. This sweet kitty loves spending time with people and is always happy to greet you with gentle purrs and curious eyes. Alberta enjoys exploring her surroundings, chasing toys, and finding cozy spots for afternoon naps. Friendly and social, she would make a wonderful companion for a family, couple, or individual looking for a loving feline friend. Alberta is ready to leave shelter life behind and find a forever home where she can share her affection and personality. Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday. Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
