Meet Thane! Thane is a handsome 8-year-old solid black shorthair with a tiny white patch on his chest and the most captivating green eyes you've ever seen. This distinguished gentleman has the perfect combination of charm and affection, and his favorite place is wherever his people are. Sweet, loving, and wonderfully social, Thane thrives on attention and will happily follow you from room to room, making sure he's always part of the day's activities. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, working at your desk, or cooking dinner, Thane is content just being by your side. He gets along beautifully with cats, dogs, and kids, making him an easy addition to almost any family. He's also litter box trained and has excellent house manners. Thane has been declawed, so he will need an indoor-only home where he can stay safe and enjoy a life filled with cozy beds, sunny windows, and plenty of love. He has been neutered, is FIV/FeLV negative, microchipped, vaccinated, and is on parasite prevention. His adoption fee is $175 . While we do everything in our power to provide healthy rescues, it's important to note that some animals may have genetic health conditions we cannot predict (since we don’t have their family history). Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high . Additional adoption details: Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses. Home checks may be conducted. Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $175 .
