Franky Blanco is just a massive love bug. He really enjoys when people stop by his kennel. It doesn't matter if you pet him or brush him, he is so happy for the attention. He thanks you with head butts and purrs that just won't stop. He's a very curious boy and would like to go exploring. At the very least he would like to know what's happening around him. This slightly cross-eyed boy hasn't been at the shelter long, so new noises can briefly make him a little cautious, but not enough to stop his curiosity. At only 3 years old Franky is bound to have a playful side. We just haven't seen it yet. At the moment all he wants are pets or brushes and sometimes snuggles.
