Hi, I’m Coco. I’m a 7-year-old girl with beautiful green eyes and a quiet soul. Life has changed a lot for me recently. My previous owner could no longer care for me, and while I know none of that was my fault, it has left me feeling a little unsure of the world. I’m a very shy cat and will need a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. When I first arrive, you may not see much of me. I like having safe places to hide while I figure things out and learn that I’m loved. I’m not looking for someone who expects instant cuddles—I’m looking for someone willing to let me move at my own pace. A calm, quiet home would be my dream. Too much activity can be overwhelming for me, and I do best with gentle routines and kind people who will give me the extra love and reassurance I need. As for other cats, I can be selective. I’m not a fan of every feline I meet, so I may do best as your one and only pet or with a very laid-back cat who respects my space. Deep down, I’m a sweet girl with a heart full of love. I just need someone willing to look past my shyness and give me the chance to feel safe again. As always, cats that are ready to be adopted are spayed/neutered, have age appropriate shots, are micro-chipped, dewormed/deflead, and FEL/FIV tested.
