Meet Ms. Frizzle! Ms. Frizzle is a beautiful 9-month-old kitten with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. While she may be a little shy when meeting new people, once she feels safe and comfortable, her sweet personality begins to shine. Ms. Frizzle enjoys quiet moments, cozy naps, and watching the world from a sunny window perch. She's the kind of cat who will reward your patience with soft purrs, gentle affection, and a special bond that feels truly earned. Because she's still young, she has plenty of playful kitten energy, but she prefers to explore at her own pace. Ms. Frizzle is looking for a calm, loving forever home where she can continue to build confidence and be cherished for the wonderful cat she is. Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday. Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
