Meet Marge! When Marge was found wandering as a stray in Alabama, her body told the story of months of silent suffering. She was covered in open lacerations and infected wounds, carrying pain that no dog should ever have to endure. Somehow, she had been overlooked for far too long, until our volunteers found her and made her a promise: that from this day forward, she would know only care, compassion, and love. And Marge believed us. Despite everything she’s been through, she has a gentle spirit and a quiet resilience that shines through more each day. Now, Marge is ready for the chapter she’s always deserved. She dreams of a soft bed instead of hard ground, loving hands instead of loneliness, and a family who will see not the scars she carries, but the incredible dog she is. We kept our promise to save Marge. Now we’re hoping someone will make the next promise: to love her for the rest of her life. All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption.
