All DPS Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea/tick treated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee: $650 Meet the Pool Puppies! Ready to make a splash? The Pool Puppies are a litter of five adorable Chi/Italian Greyhound mixes who are about 9–10 weeks old and currently weigh less than 4 pounds each. They may be tiny enough to fit in the palm of your hand, but these little swimmers have personalities that are larger than life. The Pool Puppies start their mornings around 7:30 a.m. when the humans begin to stir. After a quick cuddle session and a potty break outside, it's straight to breakfast— and these babies take mealtime very seriously. They slurp, crunch, and gobble their way through every last bite, happily accepting refills until they're fully satisfied. With full bellies, it's time for the day's main event: PLAYTIME. The Pool Puppies approach life with enthusiasm and zero concern for their size. They wrestle, chase, tumble, and zoom around together, turning every toy into an adventure. Their favorite game is hiding beneath their toy slide before dramatically pouncing out to surprise an unsuspecting sibling. They also believe their resident 45-pound canine friend is the perfect jungle gym and spend plenty of time climbing on him, pawing at him, and showering him with puppy kisses. Of course, all that excitement eventually catches up with them. Like the babies they are, they crash hard, curling up in a pile of puppy warmth and snoozing for a few hours before waking up ready to do it all over again. Their days are filled with meals, naps, cuddles, wrestling matches, and endless opportunities to discover something new. High Dive is a fearless adventurer. Outgoing, playful, and endlessly curious, she was the first puppy brave enough to initiate play with the resident dog. She happily paws at him and lets out tiny puppy growls to get his attention, and she treats her siblings the same way. High Dive is always first to investigate a new sound, toy, or corner of the room. She comes running the moment she hears food bowls being prepared and loves carrying toys around the house— even when they're bigger than she is. Lifeguard is the resident sweetheart. Affectionately nicknamed "Baby Bunny" thanks to his oversized ears, he's as gentle and loving as they come. Lifeguard's favorite place is a warm lap, and he'll happily settle in for a cuddle session whenever given the chance. While he appreciates a little encouragement at mealtimes and prefers to dine solo, he quickly rejoins the action for playtime and puppy cuddle piles. He's the kind of puppy who forms deep bonds with his people and is destined to become someone's devoted little shadow. The Pool Puppies are everything you'd want in a puppy: playful, affectionate, curious, and endlessly entertaining. Whether they're diving into a wrestling match, climbing all over their giant dog friend, or snoozing in a puppy pile, they bring joy wherever they go. Just be prepared—you may fall head over heels before they even finish breakfast.
