Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here. Rip is Looking For: Through no fault of his own, this sweetie landed in the shelter. He's eager to have her own humans for sniffy walks and world exploration, and best of all - snuggles! Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are on his wish list as well.
