Meet Beef Boy, a 6-year-old feline with a big personality and an affectionate side that shines once he feels comfortable. This handsome guy has spent his life as an indoor cat and enjoys the simple things in life, including toys, catnip, cozy naps wherever he chooses, and the occasional lap-snuggling session. Beef Boy can be friendly and playful with people he knows, but he may take some time to warm up to new faces and can be wary of visitors. Loud noises and vacuums aren't his favorite things, and he appreciates a calm environment where he can settle in at his own pace. Like many cats, Beef Boy has a mischievous streak and enjoys exploring countertops and testing gravity by knocking items off shelves. He enjoys playing with balls, fuzzy mice, strings, and other fun toys that keep him entertained. Because of his history of his tendency to become overstimulated, Beef Boy would do best with an adopter who understands cat body language and can give him the space and respect he needs when he's not in the mood for attention.
