Training, Adjustment & What to Expect Many rescue puppies come from uncertain beginnings and may not have had structure, socialization, or formal training before arriving at rescue. Puppies require time and patience as they learn how to live successfully in a home environment. Adopters should expect normal puppy behaviors such as chewing, teething, accidents, learning household routines, and testing boundaries. These are all part of healthy puppy development. Rosalita will benefit from: Positive reinforcement training Daily structure and routine Continued socialization and exposure Patience, consistency, and supervision Gentle guidance throughout her development Please remember the 3-3-3 Rule : 3 days to decompress 3 weeks to learn routine 3 months to feel fully at home With patience, training, and love, Rosalita will grow into a loyal and devoted companion. Rosalita will need: Routine veterinary care and completion of her puppy vaccine series Preventative care including flea, tick, and parasite prevention Proper nutrition to support healthy growth Daily exercise and mental enrichment Ongoing training and socialization A safe, stable indoor living environment Because Rosalita is still growing, her family should be prepared to continue helping her learn appropriate behaviors and develop confidence as she matures.
