Bold, affectionate, and overflowing with personality, Kubo walks into a room like she owns it—and honestly, she usually does. If you aren't paying enough attention to her, she'll be sure to let you know with her adorable chirping meows and trademark tortitude. Kubo is looking for a home where she can soak up all the love and affection she deserves. While she has lived alongside other cats, she prefers having plenty of personal space and isn't shy about enforcing her boundaries with a well-placed bop on the nose when another cat gets too close. She came to foster care with Lunar Eclipse, and while the two coexist peacefully, Kubo clearly prefers relationships on her own terms. She could potentially adjust to a home with another laid-back cat who respects her space, but we suspect she'd be happiest as the sole queen of the castle, where every lap, every cuddle session, and every ounce of attention belongs to her. Kubo would also do well with respectful, gentle children who understand how to interact appropriately with cats. One of Kubo's greatest talents is convincing humans to stop whatever they're doing and focus entirely on her. Her favorite game is making sure no other cat receives more attention than she does. She loves conversations with her people and is always ready to exchange a few chirps and meows while collecting pets. And unlike many cats, Kubo will happily roll over and show off her belly. Amazingly, it isn't always a trap! This affectionate girl genuinely loves being touched, cuddled, and adored. When she's not supervising her humans, Kubo enjoys indulging in the finer things in life: delicious wet food, cozy naps in high places, and keeping an eye on everything happening around her kingdom. Since recovering from a nasty cold and congestion, she's been feeling healthier, more energetic, and increasingly more playful. Her foster family has loved watching her bounce back into the confident, lively cat she was always meant to be. More than anything, Kubo is a snuggler. She wants to be near her people, involved in their daily lives, and receiving the affection she so enthusiastically requests. Her foster mom will miss her endless love, her expressive little chirps, and the way she effortlessly steals the spotlight wherever she goes.
