Nala is a 6-year-old pitty with a big heart and a lovable, affectionate personality. She was surrendered because her previous family couldn't safely contain her in their yard; but Nala is ready to find a home that can give her the safe, secure environment she needs. This sweet girl is friendly and social, often found at the front of her kennel ready to greet you. She's easy to leash (with a little gentle guidance), loves back strokes and head pats, and will lean in for even more attention. Nala is tolerant of handling and enjoys interacting with other dogs-though she prefers friends who aren't too pushy in her face. She needs a home with secure fencing or a safe space to prevent escapes. She'll thrive with a family who can give her regular exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of love.
