Chloe arrived at the shelter reported as a stray and terribly matted. She was so uncomfortable that it was difficult to interact with her at first, but once she realized relief was coming and she got a fresh grooming, her sweet personality appeared instantly! Chloe is about 3 years old and would make a great new addition to any family! All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee. The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals.
