Meet Bitty – Tiny Dog, Giant Heart Bitty is a 2-year-old Miniature Poodle mix who weighs just 6 pounds, but she has enough love packed into her tiny frame to fill an entire house. This sweet little girl is a true Velcro dog who wants nothing more than to be close to her people. Bitty is making great progress with house training and does well when kept on a consistent schedule. She also does great in her crate, though she'd happily choose a spot snuggled up in bed with her humans if given the option. She enjoys spending time both indoors and out, taking brief walks, playing with other dogs, and soaking up all the cuddles she can get. In fact, cuddling with her people and doggy friends may be her favorite hobby. While Bitty can be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly and has gotten along well with every person and dog she's met. She briefly met children at an adoption event and did well, so we believe she'd thrive with respectful kids. Described as friendly, adaptable, happy, playful, quiet, and loyal, Bitty is the kind of companion who will happily follow you from room to room and make every day a little brighter. If you're looking for a sweet shadow who will love you with her whole heart, Bitty is ready to meet you. Her minimum adoption fee is $350 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
