Meet Percival, a 3-year-old French Bulldog mix weighing 26 pounds. While we don't have a ton of information about him just yet, one thing is clear—this handsome guy is a sweet, happy boy who loves being around his people. Percival seems to be the kind of dog who's happiest simply hanging out with his humans, whether that's relaxing at home, joining you for daily activities, or soaking up all the attention you're willing to give. With his cheerful personality and affectionate nature, it's easy to see why he's captured a few hearts at the shelter already. His minimum adoption fee is $400 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
