Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue Meow meet Carder! A handsome orange and white tabby kitten from the adorable “Bee Litter”, with a gentle heart and a sweet, thoughtful personality. Carder arrived at the rescue with his siblings after they were found as strays. Thankfully, the homeowner who discovered the family made sure Mom and her babies were safe and cared for until they were old enough to be weaned. While some of his siblings are the first to jump into every adventure, Carder prefers to take his time. He’s a little more reserved and can be shy at first, choosing to observe the world before joining in. Once he feels comfortable, though, his sweet and affectionate nature takes over! One of Carder’s favorite things is snuggling up with his brother for a cozy kitten nap. When he is not cuddled up, you’ll find him playing with toys, exploring, and totally enjoying all the fun that comes with being a kitten. If you are looking for a sweet, gentle companion with a heart as warm as his orange tabby coat, Carder is ready to buzz his way from the “Bee Litter” into a forever home of his own! Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
