Meet Sully Personality Sully is pure teenage boy energy wrapped in an avalanche of fluffy white fur. Silly, sweet, and completely impossible not to love. He is the kind of dog who will follow you everywhere, sit on your feet, and somehow convince you that the couch was always meant for two. Or three. He takes up a lot of couch. Perfect Home Here is what we know about Sully. He was adopted out to be a livestock guardian, which is literally what Great Pyrenees were bred for. Sully did not get that memo. He failed that job spectacularly and with zero regrets. Turns out this boy has one singular career goal and that is to be somebody's Baby Boy. He needs a home that is ready to embrace that calling wholeheartedly. Compatibility Dogs: Yes! Loves them. Cats: Hard no. Ponies: Also no. We learned this recently. Behavior & Training Notes Snacks are basically magic with Sully. Offer a treat and suddenly he is the most motivated student you have ever met. He is still young, but with patience, and the right person in his corner he will grow into the gentle giant he is absolutely meant to be. He just needs someone willing to put in the work and laugh a little along the way. He did 4 weeks of board and training, and he has all his manners. Health Sully is neutered and working on filling out that big, beautiful frame of his. He is healthy, happy, and ready to go. Sully's Story Sully came from some heartbreaking circumstances in Murphy, dumped to fend for himself and wandering for over a week before a kind Good Samaritan scooped him up and got him to safety. Then he found us. Then he got adopted to be a livestock guardian. Then he looked at the livestock and said absolutely not. And here we are. Sully is not a working dog. Sully is a loving dog. There is a difference and he will make sure you understand it. Why You'll Love Sully Because he is a giant fluffy marshmallow who just wants to be your person. Because he tried the whole independent guardian dog life and chose you instead. Because there is nothing in this world like being loved by a Great Pyrenees who has decided you are his whole entire universe.
