Hi! My name is Tommy and I am looking for a forever home. I was picked by Animal Control and taken to a scary place called a shelter where, after my hold time was up, I heard I was being placed on something bad called "the list". Fortunately for me, someone from BCAA saw me and worked on getting me sprung and into foster with them ... yeah! I was pretty dirty when I first got here but BCAA got me groomed and say I've turned out to be a handsome dude! I appear to be some type of doodle mix, maybe what is known as a "schnoodle" (part schnauzer & part poodle). I am around 18mos old so past all of that puppy foolishness, and I weigh right around 40lbs. When I first arrived I was pretty confused and a little scared, but everyone has been super nice to me and have been giving me yummy food and treats and now I love getting attention from them. I have gotten along with all of the other dogs I have met and haven't bothered those things called cats I've encountered. I do really well in my crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of my bedding; however, I would really prefer to be out with you. I do ok on a leash but do pull in my excitement on being out and getting to explore and just experience being alive.
