Meet Bert! Bert is a former street cat whose favorite outdoor activity was trying to charm passing pedestrians into taking him home with them. Known on the block for accosting delivery drivers with his best adorable flops and belly rolls or simply trying to follow neighbors inside, he is finally living his best life as an indoor boy who will never have to live on the street again. Bert is still discovering all the joys of inside life but so far his favorites include catnip, fuzzy blankets, cardboard boxes, and endless lap snuggles only interrupted by occasional trips to see if his food bowl has been refilled. This sweet boy loves affection more than anything and will sit on or next to you for hours, just purring quietly and occasionally looking up to make sure you are still there. He is a gentle soul with so much love to give! Bert could likely live with other cats with a slow introduction or would be happy as a solo boy soaking up all the attention for himself!
