Meet NBC! NBC stands for No Brain Cell, and she owns it completely. This little girl sports a dramatic black mohawk and absolutely no concept of caution. She does not think before she leaps, and she does not think after she leaps either. What she lacks in strategy she makes up for in pure confidence and entertainment value. She will zoom headfirst into a wall and immediately act like that was the plan. She will pick a fight with a toy twice her size and declare victory. The brain may still be loading, but the heart is fully operational, and this chaotic little mohawk queen has plenty of love to give.
