Hi, my name is Shimu. We have had a lot of changes going on - a big move to be closer to extended family and smaller living quarters for my family. We have a busy family and I love my two legged family but, seriously, I am over it when it comes to those four legged family members. My human mom is sad, she knows that I am not happy. She has asked SCC to help us find me a home where I can have my own people, and not have to share with other critters. So, about me, I am about 4 years old. I am a chatty girl and I really like to tell my humans about my day. I have been known to wake my humans up, making biscuits on their beds. I am not a fan of the dog or the cat, but that really wasn't the case when we had more space. I might adjust to a cat friend. Especially if you have one of those job things. Slow introductions are always best. In a quieter home environment, I might not necessarily be a lap cat, but I might sit beside you while we watch tv. I have lived an indoor only life and that suits me just fine. I am current on my vaccines and will be microchipped as a part of the adoption process.
