Meet Perci! He's been in a foster home for several weeks with his sister, Pebble. His foster family describes him as a purr bucket who loves to be pet. He's super playful and loves to play with toys. This silly boy also loves to stare at you and smell your eyelashes. Perci is a bit shy in new situations so it'll be important his new family gives him a quiet place to relax and time to adjust to his new surroundings.
