Meet Phillip, a sweet and sensitive boy who is still building his confidence. From our volunteer observations, he enjoys sniffing hello at the gate, appreciates tasty treats, and is curious about the world around him, though sudden movements can startle him at times. Phillip would likely thrive with a patient adopter who can help him feel safe and continue growing into his best self. Come meet Phillip today! Phillip is currently at risk for euthanasia due to DAS being overcapacity in our dog population. Phillip has been showing signs of kennel stress.
