Oscar is a shy but sweet boy. It takes him time to warm up to people, but once he trusts you; he'll be the most loving dogs you've met. He loves cuddles, toys, a comfy bed and, most of all, treats! Treats are the best way to earn his trust. He needs someone who is willing to be patient with him, while he adjust to his new environment. He needs someone who is willing to work with him, while he learns to trust new people. He loves other dogs, however he will need time to get used to them. He will be very scared at first, but having a furry companion to learn from will help him adjust to his environment faster. All this sweet boy needs is someone who is willing to take a chance on him, so he can let his sweet, cuddly, and silly personality shine through!
