The weight he is at is unhealthy for him and we want him to be the very best Jimmy that he can be. When Jimmy is matched with an approved adoptive family, they will talk with the foster family about what is being done to help Jimmy drop the pounds. He’s already down almost 3 pounds. He should be under 20 pounds.
