Jayden is a handsome 2-year-old Schnauzer weighing 21 pounds, and he’s not your typical Schnauzer! While many Schnauzers are known for being vocal, Jayden is surprisingly quiet and easygoing. He's a sweet, affectionate boy who loves being part of the family without demanding all the attention. Jayden gets along wonderfully with all of his foster siblings and lives harmoniously with several other male dogs. While he may occasionally bristle if another male dog is overly pushy, he settles quickly and has no trouble sharing his home and space with others. This smart boy appears to be house-trained and uses the dog door without fail, making him an easy addition to almost any household. He has excellent manners and a calm, friendly personality that makes him a pleasure to have around. Whether you're a single person, a couple, or a family with children, Jayden has the adaptable, loving nature to fit right in. If you're looking for a loyal companion with all the charm of a Schnauzer and none of the excessive barking, Jayden may be the perfect match for you! You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. His adoption fee is $350. This includes his neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccination, Nobivac® Intra-Trac 3 vaccination, Drontal® Plus, IDEXX SNAP® 4Dx Plus Test, Tri-Heart® Plus chewable tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Our adoption events are held every other Saturday at Petco located in the Northwoods Shopping Center at 18138 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio TX 78232. Our group focuses on assisting open admission shelters in South Texas where over 32,000 dogs and cats are euthanized each year. Our puppies and dogs are completely vetted and live in foster homes. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and tested for heartworm disease. All adoptions include one month of flea and heartworm preventative and a leash and collar.
