Awooooo, my name is Phoenix and I was meant to soar! I'm a 1 year old, neutered male Shepherd mix and I weigh around 53 pounds. I am a young, energetic, excited and playful boy. I am oh so ready to find a loving home who enjoys hiking, beach trips and cuddles on the couch! I would do best with a family who is familiar with working breeds like me. My new family should be prepared to continue my basic training. I'm a super smart dude and I feel my best with I'm learning new things. I would love to meet you. Please bring the whole family, including resident dogs to make sure we all get along swimmingly before bringing me home. I promise to be your very best friend! You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available . It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around! Emails will be returned as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy adoption periods like weekends.
