Meet Mother Hubbard, a beautiful ten-year-old soul who is looking for the happily-ever-after she so deeply deserves. Mother Hubbard has quite a backstory; she was originally found completely skin and bones, pouring everything she had into protecting her puppy. While her puppy has luckily already been adopted, Mother Hubbard is now patiently waiting for her own well-deserved shot at a comfortable, loving home. Despite her rough start, her resilient and gentle spirit shines through. She is an incredibly clever lady who already knows her basic commands and has the most charming quirk: she happily answers to "pretty girl" and will politely lift up her paw to greet you. Mother Hubbard is wonderfully kid-friendly and dog-friendly, making her a fantastic fit for a variety of households. She has also been cat tested and, with a proper and slow introduction, she would most likely do just fine cohabitating with a feline roommate. She is already housebroken, though like many dogs transitioning from a shelter environment to a home, she will likely just need a patient refresher to get used to a new routine.
