Oscar is a 5 month old love bug!!!! He loves kids and is so cuddly, loving, and outgoing! He lights up a room! He loves to flip onto his back so you can rub his belly and he purrs like crazy. He loves to lay on you and cuddle. He’s very playful so would love a cat buddy to play with.
