Hi everyone, I am the sweet Mr. Murray and here's some information about me: Age: 5 years Breed: Mixed - Great Dane, Husky, Lab Gender: Male Weight: 90 lbs Height: 20 inches I’m a very energetic and active dog who absolutely loves running, biking, exploring, and playing with other dogs. I’m happiest when I have room to stretch my legs and burn off my energy. I would love a home with space to run and maybe even another dog friend to play with. I am crate trained and leash trained. I’m a smart boy and I’ve had training both in puppy classes and with a personal trainer, who says I have so much potential to be very well-mannered with continued structure and consistency. I’m also crate trained, and my crate is one of my favourite safe spaces when I need to relax and recharge. I get along with: Dogs: Yes Cats: Yes Kids: No I can be a sensitive guy sometimes, especially in busy environments or around unfamiliar people. When I’m anxious or overwhelmed, I give warning signs that I need space and time to settle. Unfortunately, there have been a couple of situations where adults did not recognize or respect those signals and entered my space anyway, which resulted in me reacting to that. Because of this, I need a calm, understanding home with people who are experienced with dogs, can read my body language, and will help advocate for my boundaries so I can feel safe and successful. I would do best in a quiet adult-only home with no children, a predictable routine, continued positive reinforcement training, and plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. I thrive with structure, consistency, and people who understand that trust takes time. My current family loves me very much and wants to find me a home where I can truly thrive and avoid situations that make me anxious or uncomfortable. With the right environment, patience, and guidance, I know me can be an amazing companion. If you’re looking for an active, intelligent dog and can offer me a calm home with routine, exercise, understanding, and respect for my space, I just might be your perfect match.
