Meet Iona! Iona is an adorable poodle mix who looks very much like a mini Labradoodle. This sweet girl has quite a story—she was found wandering alone through a shopping center parking lot near a busy highway, but thankfully she was brought to safety and is now getting fully vetted and ready to find the forever family she deserves. Since coming into rescue, Iona has been an easy dog to have around. She's calm, gentle, and quiet, with just enough playfulness to keep things fun. She seems content to go with the flow, and gets along well with every dog she meets. While we have not tested her with cats, but her calm and gentle personality leads us to believe she would likely do well with respectful kids. Iona is fully vetted and ready for adoption. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, 4DX negative, current on ProHeart 12 heartworm prevention, and current on Bravecto flea and tick prevention. Iona's adoption fee is $500 . Iona is currently located in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $225 transport fee . Due to state regulations, we are unable to transport dogs to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
